Fero was founded by two operators who ran rider operations, fleet operations, wallet health and collections for one of India's largest electric two-wheeler delivery fleets. We saw, from the inside, where a rider's day actually breaks — a swap station that's out of charge, a repair that eats a shift, a wallet that goes negative without warning.
Fero is that experience, rebuilt as a company: a 2W EV rental platform for India's gig delivery riders, with the operating discipline we know this business needs from day one.
